Counselling involves solution-focused strategies incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and interpersonalneurobiology (IPMB) strategies, including, relational and mindfulness skills to assist clients in achieving the goals and outcomes they want and living the lives they deserve. By combining solution-focused and CBT strategies with attention to interpersonal and intra-personal skill development clients can expect to address the issues preventing them from being their best selves, improve their coping skills and resiliency, and improve overall well-being.
My specialties include counselling for depression, anxiety, stress and trauma.
